Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting Advisor – Philippines

Panagora Group, a woman-owned small business providing novel and integrated solutions in global health and international development, seeks a Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting (CLA) Advisor for the anticipated USAID/Philippines Collaboration, Learning, and Adapting activity in the Philippines. The position is full-time and located in the Philippines.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate effective collaboration between and among USAID and its partners
  • Collaborate with USAID and its health implementing partners to implement processes and tools to institutionalize continuous learning and adaptive management
  • Lead efforts to monitor progress toward learning agenda objectives
  • Support mid-course corrective measures and/or modifications during activity implementation
  • Analyze project-wide monitoring, evaluation, and research work to develop a learning program and policy for adaptation of appropriate stakeholders/agencies.
  • Conceptualize and implement effective ways for USAID/Philippines Office of Health and implementing partners to share findings and lessons learned
  • Strengthen and add value to existing practices and processes

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in international development, organizational development, health, adult learning, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CLA, M&E, organizational development, adult learning, and/or knowledge management in the health sector.
  • Experience in the Philippines.
  • Prior experience working with USAID, and knowledge of USAID’s learning agenda, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
