Director of Collaboration, Learning, and Adapting (CLA) – Uganda

Panagora Group, a woman-owned small business providing novel and integrated solutions in global health and international development, seeks a Director of Collaboration, Learning, and Adapting (CLA) for an anticipated USAID-funded organizational development activity in Uganda. The position is full-time and located in Kampala, Uganda.


  • Facilitating effective collaboration between and among USAID and its partners
  • Leading efforts to extend USAID’s organizational development initiatives to other stakeholders
  • Collaborating with USAID and its support contractors and implementing partners to develop USAID’s agenda for organizational development learning
  • Leading efforts to monitor progress toward learning agenda objectives
  • Facilitating the analysis of data from monitoring and other sources to inform iterative improvements to organizational development interventions
  • Building the case for linkages between organizational development and aid effectiveness
  • Facilitating USAID’s engagement with cutting edge practitioners of organizational development


  • Advanced degree in international development or related field
  • Five years of experience in CLA or monitoring and evaluation
  • Four years of experience in organizational development, adult learning, or a related field
  • Three years of experience working in sub-Saharan Africa
  • Knowledge of USAID’s learning agenda, policies, and procedures
  • Three satisfactory past performance references from supervisors, subordinates, and/or clients
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
