Director of Finance and Administration – Uganda

Panagora Group, a woman-owned small business providing novel and integrated solutions in global health and international development, seeks a Director of Finance and Administration (F&A) for an anticipated USAID-funded organizational development activity in Uganda. The position is full-time and located in Kampala, Uganda.


  • Overseeing operations for all activities under contract
  • Overseeing procurements, grants, logistics, human resources, accounting and finance, and records
  • Managing the contract budget
  • Preparing financial reports for submission to USAID
  • Ensuring funds expended are compliant with USG regulations and policies
  • Implementing fraud mitigation practices
  • Ensuring systems and processes are implemented effectively to support implementation of the award


  • Advanced degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field
  • 8 years’ experience in finance, procurement, contracts management, logistics, and/or human resources for international development activities
  • Demonstrated knowledge of USAID reporting and compliance requirements
  • Experience managing USAID funded procurements and subcontracts
  • Three satisfactory past performance references from supervisors, subordinates, and/or clients
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
