Performance Monitoring Specialist – Philippines

Panagora Group, a woman-owned small business providing novel and integrated solutions in global health and international development, seeks a Performance Monitoring Specialist for an anticipated USAID/Philippines Collaboration, Learning, and Adapting activity. The position is full-time and located in the Philippines.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing health-related indicators for inclusive growth and equity; adolescent and youth; gender integration; and institutionalization and sustainability.
  • Developing and/or reviewing USAID-funded monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) plans for activities in the health sector
  • Training implementing partners in collection of high quality performance data and ensuring quality of their data.
  • Managing collation, reporting, and analysis of indicator data.
  • Facilitating the review and use of performance monitoring information for adaptive management

Qualifications include:

  • Advanced degree in development studies, monitoring and evaluation, knowledge management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of donor-funded projects, including in the health sector.
  • Extensive knowledge of USAID M&E policies, procedures, and reporting practices.
  • Experience with data management and database organization, including supervising data entry, cleaning, and quality control.
  • Excellent reporting and writing skills.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written, required.
