Training and Networking Specialist – Consultant

Panagora Group, a woman-owned small business providing novel and integrated solutions in global health and international development, seeks a Training and Networking Specialists for an anticipated USAID- funded analytical services IDIQ from the Bureau for Democracy, Conflict and Humanitarian Assistance’s Center of Excellence on Democracy, Human Rights, and Governance (DCHA/DRG).


  • Develop and implement training programs to increase the knowledge and skills of USAID personnel, cooperating partners, and other donors
  • Develop training programs, including instructor-led and online
  • Assess best practices to develop and deliver training
  • Source facilitation services
  • Support workshops and conferences
  • Provide fora for field missions, headquarters and bureau staff to exchange experiences and lessons learned
  • Facilitate discussion of issues of common interest to USAID and their partners including the agency’s DRG programs and the potential role of USAID’s partners in program and strategy implementation


  • An advanced degree in international development, organizational development, knowledge management, or a related field
  • 8 years of experience in facilitating training and networking
  • Experience with USAID facilitation and learning
  • Experience in the democracy, rights, and governance sector strongly preferred
  • Ability to produce quality reports and other deliverables
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
