USAID Afya Jijini Project

On the USAID Afya Jijini Project, Panagora is helping the project manage grants to four local entities that are to provide health services in Nairobi. Panagora assessed the four entities’ systems, proposed subcontracting mechanisms, and helped the organizations establish rate structures. Panagora also is providing training and hands-on support on how to set up and manage a small grants under contract program. (IMA World Health, prime contractor)

USAID Afghanistan Regional Agricultural Development Program – South

Panagora supported capacity-building of two key Afghani implementing partners on the USAID Afghanistan Regional Agricultural Development Program – South. We facilitated organizational self-assessments, developed capacity-building plans, and prepared a tailored organizational development toolkit with applied training modules in: management and governance; project development and management; gender mainstreaming; USAID rules and regulations; strategic planning; and sustainability planning and resource management. USAID Bangladesh Smiling Sun Franchise Program

Under the USAID Bangladesh Smiling Sun Franchise Program, Panagora worked hand-in-hand with Capacity Building Services Group of Bangladesh to prepare local NGOs for donor awards. We supported 26 NGOs in carrying out facilitated self-assessments, then developed a capacity building plan with applied training in governance, organizational and project management, human resources/performance management, administrative and financial management systems, and project communications. Twelve NGOs – triple the target – put in place the policies, systems, and procedures required to host direct awards. (Chemonics International, prime contractor)

USAID Performance and Impact Evaluation (P&IE)

On the USAID Performance and Impact Evaluation (P&IE) contract to assess the School Health and Reading Program in Uganda, Panagora provides third-party, parallel monitoring support and feedback throughout implementation of the program to inform timely program adjustment. We are conducting the mid-term and final performance evaluations to assess program effectiveness and impact on student learning. (NORC, prime contractor)

Project Center Software

Panagora partners with a technology company, Newdea, to advance the use of its best-in-class cloud-based Project Center software. This software manages all planning, financial, and performance data and associated rich media, providing a collaborative platform for better teamwork, learning, knowledge exchange, and oversight. Its automated reports and dashboard allow users to monitor their performance in real-time, aggregating information at the project, geographic, sectoral, or organizational level.

USAID Global Health Supply Chain Program – Procurement and Supply Management project

The USAID Global Health Supply Chain Program – Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) project is procuring and delivering health commodities, strengthening in-country supply chain systems, and fostering collaboration among supply chain stakeholders worldwide. Panagora is spearheading knowledge management and communications centrally and for country-level programs, and supporting advocacy and knowledge sharing under the Global Community component. Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting for Improved Health (CLAimHealth) Activity for USAID/Philippines

As a prime contractor, Panagora provides technical support for monitoring, evaluation, and learning to USAID/Philippines’ Health Project to improve health for underserved Filipinos.
