Panagora Group Awarded USAID Central America Regional Support Services IDIQ
USAID has awarded Panagora Group a prime contract for the seven-year, $800M USAID Central America Regional Support Services (CARSS) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). The CARSS IDIQ will provide USAID’s regional and bilateral programs in Latin America and the Caribbean with a responsive and agile mechanism to address economic, governance, climate, and health challenges, and to strengthen local capacity.
The CARSS IDIQ has the following objectives:
- Addressing economic insecurity and expanding economic opportunities
- Strengthening democratic governance, reducing gender-based violence, promoting respect for human rights and a free press, and addressing migration dynamics
- Enhancing resilience to climate change and health threats and strengthening food security
- Building the capacity of local partners and delivering technical and management expertise to USAID missions
Panagora will help achieve these objectives by drawing on its extensive experience pioneering novel and integrated approaches that foster lasting development. In addition, Deloitte, Creative Associates International, and National Cooperative Business Association CLUSA International (NCBA CLUSA) are members of our consortium and will harness their substantial experience and networks in the region to support USAID in achieving these objectives.
