PQM+ aims to strengthen systems for quality assurance of medical products in Low- and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs). As a subcontractor to United States Pharmacopeial Convention (USP), Panagora is leading the establishment of a robust and harmonized Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEL) system. The system uses qualitative and quantitative methods to generate accurate, quality, and accessible data. Data from multiple sources are analyzed, triangulated, and used for program improvement at global, regional, and country levels. This reporting fosters shared learning to promote quality assurance systems strengthening. In addition, are developing and designing country Performance Management Plans (PMPs), which capture aggregated and disaggregated information across all technical areas and funding sources to provide a comprehensive overview of PQM+ accomplishments.
