For the USAID/Ukraine’s Strengthening TB Control project, Panagora researched international best practices in web-based TB training and information management; guided formative research on user needs; and designed a detailed approach for creating and managing a resource center and community of practice. Panagora also drafted terms of reference for an IT company to build the resource center. Responsibility for the center and assets will be transferred to a local stakeholder under our build-operate-transfer approach. (Chemonics International, prime contractor).
