Panagora leads a consortium that will strengthen systems and provide operational support to ensure sustainable access to and appropriate use of safe, effective, quality-assured, affordable health commodities. NextGen CompTA will work to develop the capacity of local systems, institutions, and individuals to sustainably manage supply chains, for both USAID-procured health commodities and those procured through other donor and national/local systems, and to strengthen local pharmaceutical management systems, including quality pharmaceutical services and national regulatory systems.
Oct 2023 – Sept 2028. Panagora leads a consortium that provides missions and operating units with risk assessment, capacity strengthening for local actors and third party monitoring support services.
November 16, 2023 – November 15, 2028. Panagora leads a consortium supporting USAID regional and bilaterialprograms in Latin America and the Caribbean to address economic, governance, climate, and health challenges, and to strengthen local capacity.
June 2014 – May 2019. Panagora leads a consortium supporting USAID’s population, health, nutrition, and infectious disease objectives. Services include policy reform, behavior change communication, M&E, system strengthening, capacity building, and commodity system management and development.
March 2015 – March 2020. Panagora leads a consortium that provides technical and advisory services in performance and impact evaluations, performance monitoring, M&E capacity building, and identification and sharing of lessons learned.
September 2020 – August 2025. Panagora leads a consortium that provides technical and advisory services in performance and impact evaluations, performance monitoring, M&E capacity building, and identification and sharing of lessons learned.
July 2016 – July 2026. Panagora holds a contract for the General Services Administration Multiple Award Schedule (GSA MAS). The GSA MAS is a long-term government-wide contract that allows federal, state, and local government buyers quick and easy access to services and commercial supplies. Panagora group works within the GSA MAS Professional Services Category to offer innovative solutions to the U.S. Government’s professional services needs.
January 2014 – January 2019 (subcontractor to The Kaizen Company). Panagora provides health sector-related capacity building technical assistance in support of this IDIQ, which aims to identify and address root causes of performance gaps in host country partner institutions through an array of performance solutions.
June 2014 – June 2019 (subcontractor to Chemonics International). Panagora is a member of Chemonics International’s consortium for the TASC4 Africa full and open award. See description above.
February 2015 – February 2020 (subcontractor to Natural Resources Consulting Engineers). This IDIQ seeks to improve health outcomes through the provision of sustainable water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) solutions; and to manage water in agriculture sustainably and more productively to enhance food security. Panagora supports activities in health and nutrition, behavior change communication, community mobilization, public-private partnerships, gender, knowledge management, as well as assessment, design, and evaluation.
March 2015 – November 2023 (subcontractor to Chemonics International’s full and open award and Axios International’s small business award). This IDIQ will strengthen country supply systems and promote global collaboration to improve the long-term availability of health commodities. Panagora provides technical assistance in strategic planning and knowledge management.
August 2015 – November 2023 (subcontractor to Chemonics International). This IDIQ is the primary vehicle for procuring and providing health commodities for USAID’s HIV/AIDS, malaria, MCH, FP/RH, and other health programs. It also provides systems strengthening technical assistance to improve supply chain management and commodity security. Panagora will provide long-term technical assistance in knowledge management and communications and short-term technical assistance in advocacy, knowledge management, and strategic planning.
October 2015 – September 2020 (subcontractor to LMI). This IDIQ provides business services support, training, and program support activities to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s global health programs.
July 2020 – December 2024 (Prime: Assured Consulting Solutions). Panagora is a member of three discrete consortiums which hold the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services – Small Business (OASIS SB) Pool 1 IDIQ contract. OASIS is administered by the U.S. General Services Administration and is designed to address Government-wide agencies’ need for a full range of service requirements that integrate multiple professional service disciplines and ancillary services/products with the flexibility for all contract types and pricing at the task order level.
