USAID Global Health Supply Chain Program – Procurement and Supply Management project

The USAID Global Health Supply Chain Program – Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) project (2015-2024) is procuring and delivering health commodities, strengthening in-country supply chain systems, and fostering collaboration among supply chain stakeholders worldwide. Panagora is spearheading knowledge management and communications centrally and for country-level programs, and supporting advocacy and knowledge sharing under the Global Community component

GHSC-PSM is a single-award indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract is the primary vehicle for procuring and providing health commodities for USAID’s HIV/AIDS, malaria, maternal and child health, family planning/reproductive health, and other health programs. It also provides system-strengthening technical assistance to improve supply chain management and commodity security. Panagora is the primary small business partner of Chemonics International, supporting numerous technical areas at headquarters and field offices worldwide, including system strengthening, monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL), knowledge management and communications (KMC), strategic planning, capacity building, and global collaboration and advocacy. Panagora led the Communications, Learning, Evidence, and Analytics for Results (CLEAR) Team for two years and continues to provide high-level MEL, KMC, and analytics support globally and at the country level.

GHSC-PSM works globally. Over the course of the project, Panagora has had long- and short-term staff based in the United States, Canada, Europe, Burundi, Ethiopia, Guinea, Haiti, Mali, Namibia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Rwanda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe
