Pricing:

All prices are exclusive of VAT.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Rates will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Payment Terms:

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
The remaining balance is due no later than 2 days before your scheduled booking date.
Full payment required for bookings made within 0-2 days.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee; catering costs for bookings canceled within this window cannot be refunded.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled event or meeting.
