Panagora is approved under the GSA MAS Professional Services Category to offer management and financial consulting, acquisition and grants management support, and business program and project management services.
One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) is a suite of governmentwide, multiple-award contracts designed to support federal agencies’ procurement requirements for services-based solutions. The Management & Advisory Services domain covers a full range of management and consulting services that can improve a federal agency’s performance, aid its endeavors to meet mission goals, and provide operating advice and assistance on administrative and management issues.

Panagora leads a consortium that strengthens systems and provides operational support to ensure sustainable access to and appropriate use of safe, effective, quality-assured, affordable health commodities. NextGen CompTA works to develop the capacity of local systems, institutions, and individuals to sustainably manage supply chains. The small business set-aside award covers technical assistance services principally related to monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL); knowledge management and communication; and coordination.
2015–2026 (Prime: Chemonics). This project provides comprehensive services for U.S. government health commodity procurement and related supply chain systems strengthening services in low- and middle-income countries around the world. Panagora’s role focuses on communications, knowledge management, advocacy, and strategic engagement.
