The Compliance and Capacity Support for Diverse Partnerships (CCSDP) IDIQ will work worldwide with USAID Missions, USAID operating units, and new, nontraditional, and diverse local partners to help advance USAID’s localization agenda. This wide-ranging IDIQ will address the compliance and capacity barriers experienced by new, non-traditional and diverse local partners that hinder their full participation in USAID’s program cycle. As a prime contractor for CCSDP, we will apply our signature localization tools and best practices to help advance USAID’s localization agenda through five interrelated areas:
- Support USAID Mission staff to improve local partnerships
- Strengthen the capacity of local partners
- Apply monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) for better program outcomes
- Mitigate risk of working with new, non-traditional and diverse local partners
- Implement Grants Under Contract to support localization
Our subcontractors include DevWorks International, known for its work in organizational capacity strengthening and All in for Development, specializing in inclusive, evidence-based, and politically aware development. Panagora’s proven approach to collaborating, learning, and adapting (CLA) is foundational to the work under CCSDP, providing real-time, high-quality data for decision-making and continued learning for USAID and local partners.
