Uganda Health Systems Strengthening Activity. UHSS aims to strengthen Uganda’s health systems through technical assistance to improve leadership, accountability, efficiency, and quality of health services.  As a subcontractor to Palladium International, Panagora leads monitoring and evaluation (M&E), knowledge management (KM), and the integration of collaborating, learning, and adapting (CLA) approaches throughout the activity.  Panagora is facilitating the development and implementation of the activity monitoring, evaluation, and learning plan (AMELP), ensuring national government, local organization, and other stakeholder involvement and buy-in. By advancing evidence-based knowledge (e.g., new technical approaches, proven practices) via practical processes and systems, Panagora ensures high-quality data and learning lead to adaptive approaches that foster transformational leadership and change within Uganda’s health systems.
