For the USAID Bangladesh Smiling Sun Franchise Program, Panagora strengthened PPPs that supported the large franchise network. We helped design and negotiate support from 29 PPP partners; re-set the relationship with 10 pharmaceutical companies provided pre-negotiated discounted pricing for the network; organized PPP relationships using best practices in PPP work planning, project management, troubleshooting, and reporting; and designed a PPP review and knowledge sharing event.
