On the USAID Performance and Impact Evaluation (P&IE) contract to assess the School Health and Reading Program in Uganda, Panagora provided third-party, parallel monitoring support and feedback throughout implementation of the program to inform timely program adjustment. We conducted the mid-term and final performance evaluations to assess program effectiveness and impact on student learning. (NORC, prime contractor). P&IE was active from 2012-2017.
