Panagora led the collaborating, learning, and adapting (CLA) activities on the USAID Uganda P&IE contract, which is one of USAID/Uganda’s pioneering CLA efforts. Panagora managed systematic assessment of performance to inform program adaptation; planned and implemented a system of third party information collection and feedback to the reading project leadership; and helped manage results dissemination workshops that promoted reflections on findings and discussion of adaptations. (NORC, prime contractor). USAID Uganda P&IE was active from 2016-2021.
