Over the last four years, our team in the Philippines has led the USAID Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting for Improved Health (CLAimHealth) project. We have built institutional and individual capacities of the USAID/Philippines Office of Health and its implementing partners, and CLAimHealth has also served as the primary technical support mechanism for monitoring, evaluation, learning, and adaptive management for the Health Project. Through this activity, we have helped USAID achieve better results in family planning, maternal and child health, TB, and community-based drug rehabilitation. Additionally, we have also carried out continuous evaluation and third-party monitoring in the non-permissive areas of Mindanao.
From assisting USAID with their portfolio monitoring process to analyzing data from IPs and presenting synthesized evidence in an accessible format that facilitates decision making, we carry out our work using a holistic collaborating, learning, and adapting (CLA) approach.
