Greenhouse Gas Emissions Disclosure

As part of our effort to measure and better manage the impact of our operations on the environment,
Panagora measured and established a baseline of our greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions for calendar year
2022 for our U.S. office.

Pangaora’s GHG emissions report provides measurement of our Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions for
calendar year 2022. Panagora attests that our Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions were calculated in
accordance with the accounting and reporting standards of the GHG Protocol.

In 2022, Panagora’s Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions measured approximately 85.4 metric tons of CO2
emissions. The entirety of these emissions are from electrical consumption in the commercial
facilities we lease in Silver Spring, Maryland.

Panagora is committed to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions and our impact on the climate, and
will establish annual reduction targets with the goal of achieving net-zero
emissions by or before 2030.
