Colombia Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL)

Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) for the USAID/Colombia Mission. As the prime contractor of the 5-year Colombia Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Activity, Panagora provides support to USAID/Colombia through technical and advisory services that inform USAID programs and activities as they collaborate with the Government of Colombia, civil societies, and the private sector.  We will work with USAID/Colombia’s Program Office, MEL Working Group, and Technical Offices to help manage and develop the Mission’s strategy, projects, and activities in a dynamic and complex environment. Panagora carries out monitoring services to improve performance; conducting evaluations to learn from activities; providing research, assessments, and data analysis to identify gaps in assistance; using geographic information systems (GIS) products to pinpoint impact; and facilitate knowledge and learning among stakeholders to achieve improved outcomes. The MEL Activity supports USAID to strengthen activity effectiveness and promote greater sustainability by leveraging local expertise and placing a high value on collaboration to facilitate learning and adaptive management.
