As a subcontractor to Dexis Consulting, Panagora provides performance monitoring, data collection, analysis and overall M&E support with in-country M&E Specialists in the Dominican Republic and Haiti. The M&E support services delivered to the Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, Western Hemisphere Programs (DOS-INL-WHP), contribute to establish a systematic M&E process that aims to measure success with a series of highly effective performance measures based on strategic goals to achieve compliance with the Foreign Aid Transparency and Accountability Act of 2016 (FATAA). The performance measure design and implementation, data management support, sustainability and training activities will focus on the five strategic areas of transnational crime, counternarcotics, criminal justice, corrections, and border security.
