Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting for Improved Development (CLAimDev)

As a prime, Panagora supported USAID/Philippines to identify and learn from other USAID-supported activities that contribute to the Philippines’ capacity and commitment to self-reliance. We built on USAID staff leadership skills to ensure that, through cross-sectoral collaboration, continual learning, and evidence-based program adaptation, USAID can pivot as needed to fully support the Philippines’ own Journey to Self-Reliance. Panagora worked to help the Mission integrate CLA into their processes while also providing a broad range of locally-focused technical and sectoral expertise to sustainably improve performance. Panagora brought our our recognized CLA expertise to the Mission, leveraging the success of our current Philippines based CLA platform, the Collaborating, Learning and Adapting for Improved Health (CLAimHealth) activity. The CLAimHealth and CLAimDev activities will work together to offer the entire Mission a full suite of catalytic collaboration, learning, and adaptation interventions aimed at supporting a self-reliant Philippines. CLAimDev was active from 2020-2023.
