USAID/Bureau for Policy, Planning, and Learning (PPL) Program Cycle Service Center. Panagora supported prime contractor Highlight Technologies with specialized expertise in health and knowledge management and communications from 2017-2022. Our long-term staff supported the USAID/PPL Communications team, working closely with PPL senior leadership to develop and disseminate high-level Agency strategies such as high-level messaging and communications products, including fact sheets, palm cards, talking points, presentations, blog posts, webinars, and Twitter posts. Our work supported the socialization of the USAID Policy Framework, the Agency’s global strategy of Journey to Self-Reliance, and other internal Agency strategies.
