USAID/Bureau for Policy, Planning, and Learning (PPL) Program Cycle Service Center. Panagora is supporting prime contractor Highlight Technologies with specialized expertise in health and knowledge management and communications. Our long-term staff supports the USAID/PPL Communications team, working closely with PPL senior leadership to develop and disseminate high-level Agency strategies such as high-level messaging and communications products, including fact sheets, palm cards, talking points, presentations, blog posts, webinars, and Twitter posts. Our work supports the socialization of the USAID Policy Framework, the Agency’s global strategy of Journey to Self-Reliance, and other internal Agency strategies.
