Panagora supported capacity-building of two key Afghani implementing partners on the USAID Afghanistan Regional Agricultural Development Program – South. We facilitated organizational self-assessments, developed capacity-building plans, and prepared a tailored organizational development toolkit with applied training modules in: management and governance; project development and management; gender mainstreaming; USAID rules and regulations; strategic planning; and sustainability planning and resource management. Panagora is leading a five-year task order to provide monitoring, evaluation, and learning services for USAID/Dominican Republic. In conjunction with EVAL-ME and local partners, we are providing evaluation, knowledge sharing, and adaptive management support to USAID’s portfolio addressing education, at-risk youth, citizen security, and climate change objectives.
