Learn MorePanagora led private sector initiatives on the USAID Integrated Health Project in Burundi, starting by developing a PPP and Private Sector Strategy. In the first year, we designed, negotiated, and initiated two PPPs with a leading Burundian mobile phone company to support malaria prevention. USAID Integrated Health Project in Burundi was active from 2014-2015.

Learn MoreOn the USAID Afya Jijini Project, Panagora helped the project manage grants to four local entities that provided health services in Nairobi. Panagora assessed the four entities’ systems, proposed subcontracting mechanisms, and helped the organizations establish rate structures. Panagora also provided training and hands-on support on how to set up and manage a small grants under contract program. (IMA World Health, prime contractor). USAID Afya Jijini Project was active from 2016-2017.

Learn MorePanagora supported capacity-building of two key Afghani implementing partners on the USAID Afghanistan Regional Agricultural Development Program – South. We facilitated organizational self-assessments, developed capacity-building plans, and prepared a tailored organizational development toolkit with applied training modules in: management and governance; project development and management; gender mainstreaming; USAID rules and regulations; strategic planning; and sustainability planning and resource management. (Chemonics International, prime contractor). USAID Afghanistan Regional Agricultural Development Program – South was active in 2014.
