Panagora is leading the India CLAIM mechanism, awarded through a woman-owned small business sole source IDIQ, to provide technical and advisory services to the India Mission. Under this mechanism, we support the achievement of USAID’s Country Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS) which focuses on India’s Journey to Self-Reliance (J2SR).

USAID Performance and Impact Evaluation (P&IE)

On the USAID Performance and Impact Evaluation (P&IE) contract to assess the School Health and Reading Program in Uganda, Panagora provides third-party, parallel monitoring support and feedback throughout implementation of the program to inform timely program adjustment. USAID Uganda P&IE

Panagora leads the collaborating, learning, and adapting (CLA) activities on the USAID Uganda P&IE contract, which is one of USAID/Uganda’s pioneering CLA efforts. Panagora manages systematic assessment of performance to inform program adaptation; planned and implements a system of third party information collection and feedback to the reading project leadership; and helps manage results dissemination workshops that promote reflections on findings and discussion of adaptations. USAID/Dominican Republic MEL

Panagora is leading a five-year task order to provide monitoring, evaluation, and learning services for USAID/Dominican Republic. In conjunction with EVAL-ME and local partners, we are providing evaluation, knowledge sharing, and adaptive management support to USAID’s portfolio addressing education, at-risk youth, citizen security, and climate change objectives. Engagement and capacity building of local partners and consultants is a key task order objective.
