Learn MorePanagora led the India CLAIM mechanism, awarded through a woman-owned small business sole source IDIQ, to provide technical and advisory services to the India Mission. Under this mechanism, we supported the achievement of USAID’s Country Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS) which focused on India’s Journey to Self-Reliance (J2SR). CLAIM was active from 2020-2023.

Learn MoreOn the USAID Performance and Impact Evaluation (P&IE) contract to assess the School Health and Reading Program in Uganda, Panagora provided third-party, parallel monitoring support and feedback throughout implementation of the program to inform timely program adjustment. We conducted the mid-term and final performance evaluations to assess program effectiveness and impact on student learning. (NORC, prime contractor).

Panagora managed systematic assessment of performance to inform program adaptation; planned and implemented a system of third party information collection and feedback to the reading project leadership; and helped manage results dissemination workshops that promoted reflections on findings and discussion of adaptations. Learn MorePanagora led a five-year task order to provide monitoring, evaluation, and learning services for USAID/Dominican Republic. In conjunction with EVAL-ME and local partners, we provided evaluation, knowledge sharing, and adaptive management support to USAID’s portfolio addressing education, at-risk youth, citizen security, and climate change objectives. Engagement and capacity building of local partners and consultants was a key task order objective. USAID/Dominican Republic MEL was active from 2016-2021.
