Learn MoreTechnical Support Services (TSS) for the USAID/South Africa Bilateral Health Office and the Regional HIV/AIDS Program (RHAP). Panagora is prime contractor for the 5-year Technical Support Services (TSS) activity, a woman-owned small business sole source that was amended using PEPFAR emergency procurement authority to expand and extend our services. It subsumed the Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) activity. Under TSS, Panagora provides technical support to USAID/Southern Africa’s (USAID/SA) Bilateral Health Office and to the Regional HIV/AIDS Program (RHAP).

Learn MoreFor the USAID Health Sector Resiliency (HSR) Project in Afghanistan, Panagora identified areas for growth and for continued strengthening and engagement of key private health associations; conducted a landscape analysis to identify new private sector initiatives; leveraged the implementation of new Minimum Required Standards to support certification of private providers; explored and pursued franchising initiatives; and identified and implemented new small-scale PPPs. This activity was active from 2015-2020.

Learn MoreOn the USAID Afya Jijini Project, Panagora helped the project manage grants to four local entities that provided health services in Nairobi. Panagora assessed the four entities’ systems, proposed subcontracting mechanisms, and helped the organizations establish rate structures. Panagora also provided training and hands-on support on how to set up and manage a small grants under contract program. (IMA World Health, prime contractor). USAID Afya Jijini Project was active from 2016-2017.

Learn MorePanagora supported capacity-building of two key Afghani implementing partners on the USAID Afghanistan Regional Agricultural Development Program – South. We facilitated organizational self-assessments, developed capacity-building plans, and prepared a tailored organizational development toolkit with applied training modules in: management and governance; project development and management; gender mainstreaming; USAID rules and regulations; strategic planning; and sustainability planning and resource management. (Chemonics International, prime contractor). USAID Afghanistan Regional Agricultural Development Program – South was active in 2014.
